Leading groundwork and civil engineering contractor McCoy Contractors is delighted to have won two awards at the annual Wates Group Midlands Region Supply Chain Awards 2023.

McCoy Contractors have been named winner in the Health, Safety and Wellbeing category and the Company’s Project Manager, Ryan Nuss, was Highly Commended for Site Manager of the Year.

The company recently set up two site/work-based initiatives designed to help ensure the safety of its workforce including it's Take 5 Campaign. This point of work risk assessment has been designed to make staff stop, take 5 minutes and think through what they are doing, identify any changes and ensure they have everything to carry out the task safely.
