Design and Construction of The Oaks Student Accommodation which will serve the students of University of Warwick. 

The property is located less than 1 km from the University of Warwick to the south west of Coventry City Centre, close to the sports fields and adjacent to the campus.

The scheme has been designed to provide 382 direct let students bedrooms with substantial amenity areas. The design benefits from over 634m2 (6,800 sq ft) of amenity areas comprising of an open plan common room and games room, gym and virtual training areas, study areas and social space.

This project was delivered during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic and we worked in partnership with all stakeholders to source materials from Ireland whilst ensuring that we were delivering the project requirements in line with the construction programme. 

McCoy Contractors have delivered the entire groundworks and earthworks packages for both phases. The approach we adopted on Phase 1, resulted in high levels of Client Satisfaction which led to the award of The Oaks Phase 2 and 3, which will be completed by Winter 2021.
