We’re proud to support one of our own - Project Manager Vitor Almeida - as he takes on an extraordinary challenge for two vital causes. He is joining Doddie’s Triple Crown, an 800‑mile cycling challenge led by rugby union legend Rob Wainwright OBE and world record cyclist Mark Beaumont, in support of the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, raising funds for Motor Neurone Disease research.
Over four days, riders will travel from Melrose to Dublin, crossing Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland before arriving the night before Scotland face Ireland at the Aviva Stadium.
Riding as part of Team London Scottish, Vitor's group is aiming to surpass last year’s incredible £50,000 fundraising total. Alongside supporting MND research, the team will also donate 10% of all funds raised to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, honouring close friends currently facing an incredibly tough cancer battle.
It’s a demanding challenge, but one that will make a real difference. If you’re able to support the team, through sponsorship, a donation, or by sharing their story, it would mean a great deal.
