McCoy Contractors have successfully delivered the groundworks package for The Ranges, a state of the art headquarters for YASA - the worlds leading developer of axial flux electric motor technology.

the Project.

Working in partnership with Kier Construction, the team helped bring to life this 90,000 sq ft bespoke commercial facility, a key phase in Bicester Motion’s wider development plan.

The £3.5m package covered a wide range of groundwork activities, all completed to the highest health and safety standards.

The scope covered all foundations, floor slabs, drainage, and services, finished to a high standard with quality external works.

Throughout the project, McCoy achieved several major milestones and was recognised with a Client Recognised Blue Award. The scheme further demonstrates McCoy Contractor’s reputation for quality delivery, collaboration and safety excellence.
