
McCoy Contractors has published its latest annual report, highlighting another successful year for the business, with strong financial performance, continued investment in people and plant, and the delivery of major earthworks, groundworks and civil engineering projects across the UK.
The report showcases McCoy's achievements over the past 12 months, including a turnover of £32 million, a workforce of 250 employees and a continued commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, reflected in a RIDDOR rate of 0%.
The publication provides a comprehensive overview of the company's operations,detailing the successful delivery of projects spanning logistics, commercial,industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. Featured schemes include the £22million groundworks package for the Home Bargains distribution centre inDoncaster, the Cotswolds Designer Outlet in Tewkesbury and Bicester Motion's Innovation Centre.
The report also demonstrates McCoy's ongoing commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. Highlights include investment in a fully electric company car fleet, the use of on-site concrete batching to reduce carbon emissions, support for local communities through charitable initiatives and continued investment in apprenticeships, training and workforce development.
